Cash or Cheque payments only.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24hrs prior will incur a 50% Charge. Failure to turn up to an appointment will incur a £35 charge. If you are late to an appointment the time will not be added on at the end. If you are over 15mins late then the therapist will assume you do not want the appointment, therefore the “failure to show charge” of £35 will stand.
